Air-Cone Hopper bottoms provide conditioned powder feed from silos, surge bins, receiver separators, bulk bag/bag dump stations, weigh hoppers, or any other source requiring steady and rapid flow to a process. The unique design provides a membrane in the entire cone of the hopper. The contents can be aerated with air, nitrogen or other gases.
- Industrial design hoppers are available in sizes of 2', 3', 4', 5' and a 6' diameter with 30 degree and 60 degree cones with 5" and 8" outlets. Units are available in carbon steel, stainless steel or stainless steel product contact construction. Membranes are polyester fabric.
- Hygienic design Air-Cone® hoppers are available in 2' diameter X 45 degree cone X 5" or 8" outlets. Membranes are stainless steel construction as well as the complete housing. The hoppers are made for quick disassembly and assembly for sanitary cleaning.
- Air-ConeHopper Pick-Up Transitions are available in an 8" size for industrial and hygienic applications as well as a special 5" aeration unit for feed to convey systems.
