The Semi-Bulk Systems Bulk Bag Vibrating Hugger mechanism was specifically designed to address the discharge of powders from packed bulk bags. Conventional bulk bag \"massagers\' have proven to be inadequate in their development and placement of energy into the bag contents.

The Semi-Bulk Vibrating Hugger efficiently and quickly loosens all clumped and difficult powders for complete and rapid discharge. Vibrating opposing arms are repeatedly squeezed and released - working deep into bag contents with a powerful double acting pneumatic cylinder. Packed material is loosened and directing it toward the center outlet. Hugger squeeze cycles are manually or automatically operated for optimum unload speed and operator convenience.

The Hugger stimulates bulk bag unloading of packed powders and allows the process to achieve an 8-minute total unload cycle. The rapid and repeatable cycle time is necessay to achieve expected process capacities and deliver uninterrupted powder delivery rates to the Vacucam(sm) Slurry Processes.
