- Continuous process yielding a large volume of finished product
- Ideal for addition of multiple dry and liquid ingredients
- Solids levels to within 1% of dilatency
- Sugar liquefication, paint manufacturing, chemical reaction catalyst addition
- Continuous Steady State Option: A pre-metered amount of liquid is added to the recirculation tank and the liquid recirculated through the Ejector Mixer conveying and mixing powder until it achieves a solids level 10% to 20% less than target level. At that point liquid (and additives) are added at a given ratio to slowly approach the target level. When the system reaches the target level, the liquid feed ratio is maintained to control the concentration at the target level. A second pump is then activated to pump the finished slurry mix to storage. Attractive applications include high capacity sugar liquification processes, pigment paint slurries, industrial chemical processes, etc.
