- Build higher levels of solids than single pass (30-60% by weight)
- Mixture is subjected to intense shear upon recycle through narrow orifice gap in mixer housing
- Batch Recycle Option: A measured amount of liquid in the mix tank is recirculated through the Ejector Mixer until the desired amount of powder is conveyed into the batch. The majority of processes are batch recycle incorporating 30 to 60% solids in to liquids. Dry convey rates to 700 pounds per minute is possible from conditioned feed sources.
