Emulsifaction PDF Print E-mail

One of the most challenging processing combinations facing manufacturers involves powdered ingredients that require dispersion into water or other liquids, along with fats and/or oils. Attempting to create a marriage of these diverse components in a typical batching vessel or even with a high shear, high speed device is both time and energy consuming as well as inefficient and inconsistent. A Vacucam® Process can be designed to rapidly incorporate any dry ingredient into any liquid.. If there are fats or oils in the mixture, it is introduced into the motive liquid at a controlled proportional rate which will achieve both dispersion AND emulsification.  Depending on the nature of the specific product being produced, such mixtures may require a limited amount or NO additional shearing or homogenization! In every case the powder(s), liquid(s) and fat(s)/oil(s) will be delivered as a smooth, agglommerate free mixture!
